You keep ownership of the diary entries, memories, media, moments, messages, reflections, and other content you create in Memories.

Limited license to operate Memories

By uploading or creating content, you give ElLabs a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Memories.

Respect for others' rights

• Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
• Do not use Memories to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• If you believe content on Memories infringes your rights, contact smithlivingstonofficial@gmail.com with enough detail for us to review the request.

Copyright or intellectual property concerns can be sent to smithlivingstonofficial@gmail.com. Include your name, contact information, the content location, the rights you believe were infringed, and a statement that your report is accurate.
